Fraternal Order of Eagles/Konda/Osher Scholarship

The Fraternal Order of Eagles/Konda Osher Scholarship is sponsored by Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Bernard Osher Initiative & Foundation for California Community Colleges. Qualifications include: must be attending a community college at time of receipt of payments; a minimum GPA of 3.00; completion of 24 credits; Board of Governor Waiver eligible and must be enrolled in at least 6 or more units during semester in which award remains active.
