Springville Sierra Sunrise Rotary/Konda/Osher Scholarship

The Springville Sierra Sunrise Rotary/Konda/Osher Scholarship is sponsored by the Springville Sierra Sunrise Rotary Club and the Bernard Osher Initiative & Foundation for California Community Colleges. Qualifications include: attending Porterville College and completion of 24 degree applicable units at time of distribution; enrolled in at least six (6) units during semester of distribution; be BOG W eligible; minimum GPA of 3.00.
