Culinary Arts Scholarship

The Culinary Arts Scholarship is awarded to students majoring in Culinary Arts. Successful applicants must submit a 300 word essay that discusses the student’s goals for a career in culinary arts. They must demonstrate their commitment to the culinary arts program and their own success by their enthusiasm and commitment to the program and their participation in classroom activities. Non-passionate or non-committed students need not apply. The selection of the recipients will be made by a Culinary Arts Program committee. Students must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA and have satisfactorily completed the Sanitation and Safety class, currently called B-52. Financial Aid will screen the applicants but the BC Culinary Arts Scholarship committee will make the final selection.
