The John & Mary Ann Rankin/Cornell/Osher Scholarship is sponsored by John & Mary Ann Rankin and the Bernard Osher Initiative & Foundation for California Community Colleges. Qualifications include: attending Porterville College and completion of 24 degree applicable units at time of distribution; enrolled in at least six (6) units during semester of distribution; be BOG W eligible; minimum GPA of 2.50.
