Brave of Heart Scholarship

If you are a student who lost a family member who worked in healthcare to COVID-19-related causes, and are planning to enroll in full-time or part-time undergraduate study, you may be eligible for scholarships from $5,000 to $25,000 per academic year!

Eligible applicants must:
• Be children, spouses or domestic partners of frontline healthcare workers who lost their lives to COVID-19-related causes
• Plan to enroll in fulltime or part-time (minimum 6 credit hours or equivalent) undergraduate or graduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college or university, or vocational-technical school in the upcoming academic year
• Be a United States (U.S.) citizen or legal resident living in and attending an educational institution in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
• Have a grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) – Nontraditional students are encouraged to apply and will be considered even if they do not have a recent GPA
