BCSGA LGBTQ Scholarship

The BCSGA LGBTQ Scholarship is awarded annually to one student attaining the highest standards of leadership, citizenship, service, and overall accomplishments. Preference given to students who identify as a member of the LGBTQ community and demonstrate financial need. Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA, be current BC students attending full-time (12+ units), and on a pathway to transfer to a four-year college or university. Two references are required along with a 200-500 word essay. Students having received this award previously are ineligible. In addition to the award, the recipient will be the student speaker at the annual BC Lavender Graduation Pre-Commencement Ceremony.
