Honors Scholarship

The President’s Honors Scholarship grants an award of to $1,000 to a high-achieving graduating senior who has demonstated potential for outstanding college work, will attend Cerro Coso Community College in the fall, has been accepted into the CCCC Honors Program, and has been chosen for this scholarship by the Honors Committee. The award is $500 for the fall semester, renewable for another $500 for the spring semester if the recipient maintains his or her good standing in the Honors Program. To remain in good standing, the recipient must maintain at least a 3.25 cumulative GPA, successfully complete at least one Honors Program course/contract, remain free of student conduct charges and eligibility for English C101.
