City of Shafter Scholarship

The City of Shafter scholarship is awarded to incoming freshman who will be enrolled in a Bakersfield College course. Applicants must have graduated from Shafter HS in the calendar year that they are selected for the scholarship and have at least a 2.5 GPA or higher.
