Speck and Lorraine Haslam Memorial Scholarship

The Speck and Lorraine Haslam Memorial Scholarship is awarded to returning BC students who have a 2.0 GPA or better with a preference of a student who began college, dropped out and returned and is making excellent progress. The applicant must be from the Oildale area in Bakersfield.
