Dr. Orlin & Louise Shires Endowed Scholarship

The Dr. Orlin & Louise Shires Endowed Scholarship is sponsored by the Family of Dr. Orlin Hudson Shires. Qualifications include: area of study education-teaching; transferring to a four-year institution upon receipt of payment or within 12 months of award; minimum GPA of 3.00; participation in activities at Porterville College (athletics in high school ok); and community service demonstrated and active in church activities.
