The Jeff Shelton Memorial Endowed Award is sponsored by Dr. & Mrs. Shelton. Qualifications include: area of study certificate of Psychiatric Technician (prefer 1. student in program, 2. student completed pre-requisites and waiting to get in program, or 3. taking pre-requisites); continuing at Porterville College; career goal in the medical field; minimum GPA of 2.50.
