Uphoff Memorial Scholarship

The Uphoff Memorial Scholarship is sponsored by Robert & Cathy Uphoff. Qualifications include: transfer to a four-year institution upon receipt of payment; minimum GPA of 3.00; completion of 31-90 units; participation in activities at PC campus (participation in athletics in high school ok); prefer a local student – Tulare County resident); demonstration of voluntary community service while in high school/college.
