Meranda Ella and Paul Merschel Memorial/Cornell/Osher Scholarship

The Meranda Ella and Paul Merschel Memorial/Cornell/Osher Scholarship is sponsored by Merschel Family, and Bernard Osher Initiative & Foundation for California Community Colleges. Qualifications include: attending Porterville College and completion of 31 and above degree applicable units at time of distribution; enrolled in at least six (6) units during semester of distribution; be BOG W eligible and minimum GPA of 2.50.
