Bakersfield Rotary Waterman Foundation Scholarship

The Bakersfield Rotary Waterman Foundation Scholarship is awarded to returning or transfer students, who have academic excellence (3.0 GPA or better), and a completed FAFSA or Dream Act application demonstrating financial need. Applicants are expected to enroll full-time (12 units or more) and show a desire to return to work in Kern County (even if going elsewhere for college). Students should be on a path to completion and those with excessive units (>=120) will not be considered. Students must participate in a committee interview.
