John and Ruth Ann Ulman Scholarship

The John and Ruth Ann Ulman scholarship is awarded to graduates of North Bakersfield High School who demonstrate leadership in the community through service and volunteerism. Students must attend full-time (12+ units) and be in good standing. Students must maintain at least a 2.5 GPA at Bakersfield College. If an incoming freshman, you must have a minimum GPA of 3.0. The scholarship may be renewed if the initial recipient reapplies and is the best qualified. Awardees shall be know as John and Ruth Ann Ulman Scholars.
